Founded in 1990 by Judy Whatley-Hobbs, Mr Bubbles Big Balloon Co has become the longest running professional balloon decoration company in the area, a massive portfolio of of decoration photo's has been built up of every type of event possible, which are available for you to view in the party shop.

Not only very popular as a leading party and wedding decorator,
Judy has also decorated for many major companies, also Local Authorities, Banks, Shopping Centres etc.

Your event will be very important to you, and the decoration should be one of the highlights so don't leave it to chance come and talk to the professionals.

Judy is an Advanced level decorator registered with N.A.B.A.S. since 1991 and is a member of the Qualatex Balloon Network.
